Dr. Doukas is gentle, thoroughly explains procedures, and provides education on all available treatments without any pressure. The office boasts modern updates and cutting-edge technology, offering same-day crowns. The friendly and welcoming staff creates a family-like atmosphere. BEST dentist ever!! The whole staff is truly incredible. Not only is everyone so kind, but they are professionals and make the whole experience feel less daunting. I was very impressed by how thoroughly my X-rays and photos were explained to me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a dentist take the time to go over everything. We built a custom plan that fits financially for my dental health moving forward. I can’t say enough great things! Keep doing what you’re doing, because y’all are amazing!

Dr Doukas is a true perfectionist and will not do lesser work. She’s my favorite dentist ever! She also uses very good contract labs etc to make specific crowns, dental bridges, etc. but makes many in-house. Her admin staff are so well organized and well managed. Pleasant and friendly. Better than any of my docs offices. Her equipment is new and state-of-the-art. I’m a hard case and she’s really gone out of her way to help me. I highly, highly recommend Serenity Dental and all the dentists and staff at Serenity. Why bother with any other group?

Communicating was once again the best ever received from the dental office. I feel like most dental offices are businesses and treat you like a customer at best. Serenity Dental was a welcoming place after some dentist trauma at another provider. If you are scared of the dentist, this is the place for you. All the doctors, hygienists, and front desk are extremely nice, welcoming, and patient. Things are explained very well and it’s a comfortable space to say “Hey I’m scared of x,y,z” and they’ll do their best to make you feel comfortable. They were also able to fix some shoddy fillings I got at another place.

It was a very positive experience. The staff was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. My dentist explained me very detailed what they were going to do, then the dental assistant explained what was covered by the insurance and what was not, same with the hygienist who was very gentle. I absolutely recommend this place and loved my experience at Serenity Dental. No regrets.
